General Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AION AI (Lukas Schröder), especially in the fields of AI automation, voice agent development and web design.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract & Scope of Services
A contract is only formed through an individual written offer and its acceptance by the customer. The scope of services is determined by the respective project description.

§ 3 Retention of Title & Copyright
All created concepts, designs and programming (including AI models) remain the property of AION AI until full payment. Copyright remains with Lukas Schröder according to legal regulations.

§ 4 Liability
AION AI is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. No guarantee is given for the correct functioning of third-party interfaces (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic).

§ 5 Affiliate Program
Participation in AION AI's affiliate program is free of charge and requires a valid invitation code. Commissions amount to 20% of the referred net revenue per active subscription month. The minimum payout is €20. AION AI reserves the right to adjust or terminate the program with 30 days notice. Already credited balances are unaffected. Commissions are only earned on verified, paying subscriptions – not on trial or cancelled transactions. Reselling or sharing invitation codes is not permitted.
